So this was sunday dinner....can i just say that it was truly amazing. I don't know why i get so excited about yummy food but this was for sure awesome. And i thought it looked beautiful too so i took a picture :)
John and i have had a sweet tooth lately and this is the one thing we had all of the ingredients for... we just didn't have the right size baking dish so i improvised (thanks mom) and they we delish.
And finally, the summer long goal of catching a turtle became a reality. Here is Mertle the Turtle, currently residing on the Mason's deck in an aquarium. He really is a cute little guy, don't you think?

ahhh...that is how our turtles looked when we first got them! are you keeping it? good job on the dinner! what i'd do for some home cooked meals about now! :) actually, i'd like to make a home cooked meal, that'd be nice!

You know that you inherited the love of food...even the love of the look of food. I love taking pics of my plate. Food can seriously be beautiful and when it is it tastes amazing, don't you think?
